About the Job

  • Operate heavy machinery, such as CAT 140M graders, to maintain and develop civil infrastructure projects.
  • Grade large areas of land to precise specifications, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Perform general laboring tasks to support the team, including mechanical prestart inspections and maintenance.
  • Assess hazards and recommend solutions to ensure a safe working environment.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Grader Operator in civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of road construction and maintenance principles.
  • SiteSafe or Construct Safe certification.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
