About the Role

The Endpoint Engineering Operations Manager plays a critical role in leading a team of skilled professionals within the Intelligent Workspace group. This position requires strong technical leadership skills to drive high-performance culture, automation efforts, and daily operations with minimal supervision from management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and lead the team in driving improvements and efficiencies.
  • Oversee the maintenance of client risk and issues registers.
  • Ensure best practice support methodologies are implemented across all implementations and changes affecting the end-user SOE environment.
  • Drive shift left initiatives and identify project revenue opportunities within new accounts and existing clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Comprehensive understanding of supporting customers across an outsourced delivery environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of financials surrounding profit and loss.
  • Familiarity with Hardware and Software Vendors support processes, including product lifecycles.
  • Advanced End User management knowledge and Modern and traditional End Point Device Management Solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels of management.
