About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Trade Programme team. This role will involve providing high-quality support to programme governance, project planning, and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project teams in developing and maintaining reports, budget records, and project plans
- Maintain programme/project schedules and monitor progress
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and business drivers
- Organise governance meetings and manage vendor interactions
- Draft communications materials and maintain intranet pages
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination and excellent relationship management skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and problem-solving capability
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to various audiences
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks
