We are seeking two experienced Civil Litigators to join our dynamic litigation team in Auckland. As a key member of our team, you will advise on and appear in proceedings before various licensing Boards, Tribunals, and Courts on civil and criminal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on and appear in legal proceedings related to regulatory enforcement activities.
  • Provide advice and support on complex legal matters.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in civil and/or criminal litigation.
  • Sound legal technical skills and ability to draft legal documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and build strong relationships.
  • Enthusiasm, drive, and a proactive nature.
  • A tertiary qualification in law and current practising certificate.
