About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Sudima Christchurch Airport. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to all guests, working effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service, and taking ownership of various responsibilities including preparing the restaurant for service, seating guests, and handling guest complaints.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm and engaging welcome to all guestsWork effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service and dining experiencesPreparation of the restaurant for serviceSeating guests, taking orders and delivering exceptional service at all timesHandling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
