At Tangram, we are seeking an experienced Light & General fabricator to join our dynamic team in Dunedin.

About the Role

The successful applicant will have a can-do attitude, with proven experience in all types of light fabrication – stainless, aluminium, copper, brass and mild steel.

We're looking for someone with high-quality welding, attention to detail and accuracy. A trade qualification in sheet metal work or light fabrication, or 5+ years proven stainless fabrication skills and knowledge is essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • TIG and MIG welding stainless steel and alloys
  • Reading and understanding CAD drawings
  • Punctual and motivated, able to work unsupervised
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
