We're looking for a Store Manager who can lead and inspire, blending people skills with strategic thinking. As our Store Manager, you'll guide and mentor a team, oversee marketing efforts, and drive store performance.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week (Sunday - Thursday). You'll be responsible for guiding customers in finding the perfect gear for their adventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and Lead: Motivate your team to excel, selecting and coaching top talent to showcase Torpedo7's culture.
- Drive Results: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to set and achieve store sales targets, ensuring efficient operations.
- Create Legendary Customer Experiences: Foster a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and leave impressed by the service they receive.
- Operational Excellence: Manage various aspects of the store's daily operations, including rosters and stock management.
- Be a Product Expert: Share your knowledge of our products with your team and customers, leading product knowledge sessions and staying up to date.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Support your team during fast-paced periods, maintaining a positive atmosphere even in challenging times.
Requirements:
- Proven retail experience, managing a store and leading a sales team.
- A genuine love for the outdoors and a passion for helping customers find the right gear.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Physical stamina to handle hands-on tasks throughout your shift.
- Flexibility to work Sunday - Thursday (40 hours per week).
