Overview

Raven's Recruitment is assisting a leading pharmacy in Hamilton with the recruitment of a Pharmacist Manager. This dynamic role presents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership position within a successful business.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant general registration with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand and have gained more than three years of community experience, although all levels are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a small but experienced team in delivering high-quality patient-centred services.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, customers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • To ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy, including managing stock, staff, and customer interactions.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be offered an excellent hourly rate and opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements

  • Relevant general registration with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand.
  • A minimum of three years' community pharmacy experience, though all levels are welcome to apply.
  • Vaccination accreditation.
  • Possession of a positive and outgoing attitude towards pharmacy practice.
