We are looking for an experienced Accounting Support Specialist to join our team at Roman Health Pharmacy LLC. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers using our cloud accounting software.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide solutions or escalate to relevant teams when necessary
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a finance or accounting context
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
