Your Role
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the management of consumer claims for Chubb New Zealand's business. As a Claims Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service delivery and efficiency while controlling claims-related expenses.
Key Responsibilities
Oversight of large and technical losses across the portfolioCollaboration with various teams and vendors supporting these servicesMaintenance of high standards of customer service delivery and efficiencyControl of claims-related expensesRequirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of Team Leader or management experience, and/or 2-3 years of claims-related experience
- Broad knowledge of the insurance industry and claims processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge of insurance contracts and policy coverages
- Experience with NZ legal requirements and regulations
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to collaborate with overseas Technical Managers
