ACC's Corporate & Finance group is responsible for providing financial reporting and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. We are seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The Role
As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and delivering monthly financial reports and analysis.
- Collaborating with the team to deliver meaningful commentary and insights.
- Leading the implementation of data and reporting improvements into business-as-usual processes, ensuring clarity and ease of use for report consumers.
- Developing and enhancing data sets to support analytical work across various business activities within the group.
- Supporting the Sustainability team to report emissions data to the Carbon Neutral Government Programme, and climate for the Aotearoa New Zealand Climate Standards.
About You
We're looking for someone with experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, who has a good foundation of experience in a similar role. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with databases and business intelligence tools to extract, manipulate, and analyse data are essential.
