The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior manager to lead the service and customer experience team at Mitre 10 MEGA Albany. This role will drive profitability, team engagement, and service efficiency while maintaining a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance the customer experience by ensuring service excellence, resolving complaints, and delivering key in-store events.
Lead and develop teams by coaching, motivating, and driving high performance across all customer-facing areas.
Drive results by using data insights to improve service, maximize sales, and optimize store operations.
Ensure safety and compliance by overseeing workplace health and safety, managing risk, and leading compliance initiatives.

Requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior leadership within large-format retail, preferably in the home improvement industry.
