Job Overview:
As a Service Excellence Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service from our team. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise and providing general administrative support to the team.
You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as high level computer skills using multiple software systems. A passion for healthcare and improving the customer experience is essential for this role.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be a strong team player, flexible, adaptable and an innovative problem-solver. You will need to be able to learn from oversight and make the best out of any situation with your positive attitude.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing a high level of customer service, excellent attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow-through on tasks despite obstacles.
