In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating the feeding, weighing, and care of cohorts of cattle to evaluate their emissions and the effectiveness of new technologies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a blend of practical experience and leadership skills. You should be a self-starter who is equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Your expertise in animal management, particularly with cattle, will be key to your success, along with your ability to effectively lead a team and communicate across all levels. Essential skills and experience include:
- Proven experience in management, especially cattle, and people management.
- High computer literacy, particularly in database operations and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, troubleshoot, and take corrective action as needed.
