About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Regulation Support Administrator to join our team at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering the Practice Review Program in New Zealand, working closely with the Regulation Team, Reviewers, and Members to meet review targets and achieve efficiencies.

Your key responsibilities will include administering the Practice Review process, arranging and monitoring Practice Reviews, travel, and electronic files, managing calls and correspondence, compiling and analyzing information, handling financial tasks, and providing ad-hoc project support. To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong organizational and communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you are a detail-oriented and motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You should be proficient in using technology, such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and have experience in administrative roles. A degree in Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous. If you are self-motivated, able to work independently, and have a positive attitude towards learning and development, we would love to hear from you.
