Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute strategies to ensure compliance with New Zealand legislation and Group Policy requirements.
- Act as the Compliance SME on FCC-related projects, supporting control and process remediation projects.
- Offer technical advisory support on escalated matters and incident investigations.
- Proactively manage compliance issues brought by changes to (FCC related) legislation and other regulatory requirements across New Zealand or relevant other jurisdictions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in risk and compliance related areas, particularly in financial economic crime compliance requirements and practices in the New Zealand financial services sector.
- Solid understanding of the New Zealand regulatory environment and requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk and control practices.
