We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team at Te Uru Ruahī, Mental Health & Addiction Services (MHAS), who share our passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the community.
About Our ServiceMHAS is responsible for the commissioning and delivery of primary, specialist, and community mental health & addiction services across a diverse urban and rural population of 186,000.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $270,000 - $350,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including six weeks annual leave, paid days for continued medical education, and relocation packages for national and international candidates.
Job Description- To provide specialist psychiatric care to individuals with complex mental health needs;
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans;
- To contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives;
