Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across our platform
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with business objectives and resource constraints
  • Presentation and articulation of design decisions and concepts to stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end design projects, from research to implementation
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience applying JTBD or similar frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional team environment
