Project Delivery Specialist

The Production Supervisor is a key member of our project delivery team, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless logistics and site coordination.
Main responsibilities include:
- Effective material delivery management and maintaining organized laydown areas.
- Conducting regular health and safety inspections, including weekly site assessments and scaffold checks.
- Operating a Telehandler for material loading as required.
- Driving a 1.8t/5t digger for self-performed minor civil tasks.
- Collaborating with sub-contractors, civil foremen, and other trades personnel.
- Coordinating and overseeing the efficient flow of trades on-site.
The Production Supervisor will report to a site-based Project Manager and demonstrate a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience in New Zealand, preferably in apartments and/or high-rise commercial projects.
- Strong situational awareness and ability to anticipate project requirements.
- Practical experience in the responsibilities outlined above.
- Current permanent residency and residence in New Zealand.
