We are seeking kaimahi who take an engagement and relationship approach to their mahi over a purely transactional one. To be successful, you will have:

  • Experience working with community, preferably with Maori and working collaboratively with others to get work done.
  • Research skills, including evaluation of opportunities and risks.
  • Demonstrated capability in providing high-quality advice and recommendations based on your research.
  • A high level of written communication and be skilled working with numbers, including spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Technologically savvy, especially with the Microsoft suite.
  • Some understanding of and ability to speak some reo Maori and be comfortable working in a te ao Maori environment.
  • Clean full driver's license.
