About the Role:
As our Design and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Business Analysis practice towards a service design-driven model. You will develop and implement strategic design and analysis frameworks that align with our objectives, lead service design initiatives, create service blueprints and customer journey maps to optimise experiences, and deliver hands-on service design and analysis work.
You will conduct in-depth system analysis, ensure technology, data, and business processes align with our strategic goals, translate technical insights into compelling business cases and executive presentations, and foster collaboration across IT, business units, and transformation teams.
Key Requirements:
- A strong background in service design or business analysis leadership, driving transformation projects.
