The Job:

We're seeking highly skilled Senior Sales Associates to join our high-performing teams at our Newmarket and Ponsonby Boutiques. As a successful candidate, you'll report to the Store Managers, ensuring hands-on collaboration to meet all KPIs and metrics.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Foster long-term relationships with our community and wider retail teams.
  • Drive sales through product knowledge and internal training tools.
  • Maintain VM presentation standards and housekeeping according to company guidelines.
  • Nurture and inspire your team members.
  • Embody brand ambassadorship with a demonstrated passion for the company.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a seasoned Retail Sales Associate or similar role.
  • Experience in a high-end retail environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
