We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Project Delivery Lead. You will be responsible for developing, supporting and embedding programme, project, and change management capabilities across our business transformation portfolio.

- You have proven experience leading and developing programme, project and change professionals.
- You possess a strong delivery mindset, combined with deep experience across delivery methodologies, in particular within digital and business transformation contexts.
- You are able to co-create delivery frameworks that support flexibility and accountability.
- You have a collaborative style with excellent influencing skills – able to work effectively with various teams and leaders.
- You adopt a people-first approach to delivery, including a strong grounding in change management, and familiarity with Service Design and Continuous Improvement.
