We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pest Eradication Team Member to join our team.

As a Pest Eradication Team Member, you will play a key role in carrying out pest animal control operations in various environments, from rural areas to urban landscapes.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues while working in challenging terrain.

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out pest animal control operations in various environments.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve project outcomes.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles in good condition.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.

Your Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Flexibility and willingness to help others.
  • Ability to ride motorbikes off-road.
  • Physically fit and able to navigate challenging terrain.
  • Lots of initiative and excellent communication skills.
  • Restricted or full drivers' license (including manual transmission).
  • Good reading and writing skills and some ability with Microsoft Office.
  • Some knowledge in invasive animal control would be useful but not essential.
  • Experience using GPS and other technology.
  • Ability to obtain Controlled Substance License and firearms license.
  • Keen to undertake industry training to obtain qualifications.
