About Qjumpers

Visionwest Community Trust is a not-for-profit organisation providing social services in Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Waikato, and Christchurch.

We address homelessness, reduce poverty, support the elderly, and ensure young people have hope for the future through our Home Healthcare and Individualised funding services.

Our team of 1,300 support workers deliver quality care to people who are elderly, have a physical disability, high medical needs and/or challenging behaviour.

About the Role:

As a Weekend Care Coordinator, you will work weekends and public holidays, answering calls to ensure uninterrupted care for our clients by delivering responsive placement support services.

This is a fast-paced role in a busy environment that requires great organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet.

You will work with a wide range of people, requiring excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Rostering staff and clients
  2. Data entry
  3. Problem solving
  4. Providing responsive, person-centred solutions
  5. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in rostering, intermediate level data entry skills, and attention to detail.

You should also be able to solve problems and provide responsive solutions, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
