We are seeking a skilled Census Planning Consultant to join our team in Auckland, Christchurch, or Wellington. As a key member of the Operations Support team, you will be responsible for developing the initial Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HS&W) plan for future census.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in HS&W legislation and practice to help shape our organization's approach to creating a safe and healthy work environment. You will have input into designing and implementing effective HS&W interventions and strategies, building strong relationships with our staff and people leaders as you provide expert advice and support.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HS&W or equivalent experience;
- 4-6 years' experience in providing robust advice and practice in HS&W related legislation;
- Proven experience building, managing, and delivering results through relationships, networking, and connecting across various levels and functions;
- Demonstrated experience in facilitation of work groups, committees, focus groups, and workshops;
- Knowledge and understanding of the Coordinated Incident Management System (CIMS);
- A willingness to upskill and increase cultural capability.
