Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert advice and support to managers, team leaders, and supervisors across the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, resolving employment disputes, and offering support for performance assessments. Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of DOC systems and processes, as well as generalist HR skills. You will also require excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities, as well as strong organisational skills. A tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline would be highly desirable.
