The Role
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineering Architect to join our team. As an Endpoint Engineering Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimising endpoint solutions that protect our clients' most valuable assets – their data and people. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to architect cutting-edge endpoint solutions that address modern business needs and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
As an Endpoint Engineering Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing endpoint solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Providing technical guidance and support to engineers and other stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across the IT ecosystem
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in endpoint management
  • Mentoring and coaching engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8 years of IT industry experience, with a focus on endpoint management
  • Strong understanding of enterprise endpoint management solutions (SCCM, Intune)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows end user operating systems configuration & deployment
  • Good understanding of core Microsoft Supporting Infrastructure services (AD, Group Policy and users and computers)
  • Knowledge of hardware and software vendor support processes, including product lifecycle
  • Advanced End User Management experience
  • Good financial management practices
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good judgement
  • Proven communication and negotiation skills
