About the Opportunity

Auckland District Health Board's Palliative Care Service is seeking a fixed-term Consultant/Specialist to oversee clinical duties in hospital palliative medicine.

In this role, you will work within a multidisciplinary palliative care team, which includes Nurse Specialists, a Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Trainees and rotating registrars.

The ideal candidate will have vocational registration in Palliative Medicine with the New Zealand Medical Council and a minimum of 3 years' practice as a registered Palliative Medicine Specialist.

Additionally, they should have a minimum of 1 year of practice as a registered Palliative Medicine Specialist in an acute/secondary hospital setting.

Requirements
