We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Trade Counter Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Trade Counter and Warehouse, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service to our trade counter customers.
Key Performance Indicators- Deliver exceptional customer service to our trade counter customers
- Improve efficiency and reduce errors in the Trade Counter and Warehouse operations
- Build strong relationships with trade customers and generate new customer leads
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to health and safety
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve our goal of delivering 'Fasteners Fast' services to our trade counter customers

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
