We are seeking a skilled Client Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our case management team, you will work closely with clients, their whānau, and providers to facilitate a holistic rehabilitation plan and ensure the best possible outcome for recovery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible and adaptable, and possess personal resilience. Experience in case management or working in the public sector is an advantage but not a requirement.

Your Benefits
You will enjoy a starting salary of $70,000, plus a 9% superannuation contribution, and annual performance reviews linked to pay increases. You will also have the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days per week after 6 months, and enjoy 1 paid volunteer day per year.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with recovering clients and their whānau, providers, and employers

- Support clients in making meaningful progress towards their goals and outcomes
