We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work in a part-time (0.7 FTE) capacity, Monday to Friday, providing care for individuals over 65 years of age experiencing mental illness.
The successful candidate will have:
- A current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate as a Registered Nurse
- A Mental health scope of practice allowing you to work within this sector
- Previous Mental Health experience
- A valid full NZ driver's license
Key Duties and Responsibilities
This role will involve:
- Providing care for individuals over 65 years of age experiencing mental illness
- Collaborating with Community Psychiatric Nurses and Nurse Practitioners to support Older Persons' Mental Health Services in the community
- Developing positive relationships and contributing to improving patient lives
