About the Role
University Catering is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef to join our team in the Central Production Kitchen. As a key member of our catering department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service to our customers.
About You
We are looking for an experienced cook with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in cookery and expertise in preparing high-quality meals with attention to special dietary needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals for our food outlets
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement menus that meet the diverse needs of our customers
The Benefits
This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week) with a competitive hourly rate ($29.05-$30.50). The role requires a candidate who is available to work on weekends and some evening shifts.
