Job Summary
This role requires an experienced Continuous Improvement professional to join our DC Operations team based in Wiri, Manukau.
You will work closely with DC and Operations Managers to improve efficiency and accuracy of operations, as well as facilitate workshops to identify opportunities and manage change to ensure new processes are delivered, monitored, and reviewed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role (Continuous Improvement/Business Analyst/Project Management)
- Strong knowledge of ERP and WMS software and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive change management initiatives
- Proficiency in process and future state mapping
