Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Driver Courier to join our team, responsible for delivering packages and mail to customers across the area. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, utilizing your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to overcome any challenges that arise.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers' lives. As a Driver Courier, you'll have the chance to work with a variety of people, developing your interpersonal skills and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver packages and mail to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues professionally
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to company standards and regulations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • A strong sense of community and commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • A guaranteed hourly rate of £12.54p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to working hours if part-time)
  • Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for more than 40 hours a week
