About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team in Vf Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Regional Marketing Manager in executing regional marketing strategy and initiatives across all channels and consumer touch points, driving brand awareness, engagement, and regional sales and profit targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Marketing Initiatives: Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to plan, schedule, and coordinate marketing initiatives across all channels and consumer touch points, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Implement Brand Management: Ensure that all brand guidelines are upheld across all touchpoints, including wholesale stores, digital platforms, retail environments, and activation points.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including eCom, Channels, Sales, Inventory, Finance, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and launches.
  • Project Management and Reporting: Support the Marketing Manager in adapting global assets, writing creative briefs, tweaking copy, and proofreading work. Additionally, track marketing expenses to budget and ensure a strong ROI discipline on all marketing programs.
  • PR/Influencers: Manage PR agency relationships, build icebreaker's direct PR/athletes/ambassador/social influencers contact list, activate the regional PR plan, and track and report on PR media/ambassador activity & effectiveness within the region.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Marketing or other relevant tertiary qualification.
  • 'Must have' skills, knowledge & experience: Equivalent of 3 years multi-channel marketing experience, experience in a marketing administration role, experience in a product-based business, and ideally in a company with retail, wholesale, and e-com channels.
  • Key Relationships: Regional Marketing Manager, NZA Digital and eCom team, Regional Merchandising team, PR & external agencies, Brand Ambassadors/influencers, APAC marketing team, and Global marketing team.
