Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Project Management Support Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role, combining remote and office-based work. This position will provide essential support to multiple projects across the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration
    • Create contracts and SFA for various stakeholders, including contractors and consultants.
    • Manage contract creation, orders, and updates, ensuring smooth project delivery.
    • Upload project forms and maintain accurate project records.
  • Project Coordination & Reporting
    • Track project progress, follow up on key deliverables, and ensure school-led and CW-led projects stay on schedule.
    • Provide monthly reporting data and project trackers for Project Managers.
    • Manage invoicing, data handling, procurement records, and business communications.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, etc.)
    • Experience with Power BI and working with large datasets
  • Administrative Skills:
    • Strong contract administration skills, particularly with K2 and Contract Express
    • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
