Higgins, a leading roading and civil infrastructure company in New Zealand, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Infrastructure Coordinator to join their team. This exciting opportunity is based in Drury on the Liveable Streets Road Maintenance Contract.

The successful candidate will oversee programme management, routine and cyclic maintenance, and lead on-site teams. Ideally, they bring 5 years of maintenance experience and RAMM proficiency. This role is suitable for an established project manager or someone ready to step up in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of programme management, routine, and cyclic maintenance
  • Leading on-site teams
  • Fostering stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual standards
  • Proficiency with RAMM and advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project, and CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in roading maintenance
  • Strong understanding of technical, contractual, and financial aspects of roading maintenance contracts
  • Expertise in programme management, encompassing planning, resource allocation, and achieving deliverable milestones
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
