Job Description

As a key member of our Ngā Tapuwae Transformation Programme, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our technology solutions and business requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine defect management processes, securing relevant approvals, and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with business teams, internal development teams, IT teams, and third-party vendors to achieve timely and efficient closure of defects.
  • Triage defects, assign them to appropriate action owners, and accelerate progress towards resolution.
  • Track and monitor defects regularly using defect management tools.
  • Produce regular progress reports against defect KPIs and communicate any risks and issues to stakeholders.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement mitigating actions to prevent reoccurrence.
