We're seeking an exceptional Senior Registered Nurse to lead our night shift team at Bupa Crofton Downs.
This full-time role features a consistent 4 nights on, 2 nights off roster, working 10:45pm – 7:00am.
With at least 3 years' aged care experience, including hospital-level care, and InterRAI training, you'll be well-equipped to take charge.
The ideal candidate is confident, calm, and capable of leading care overnight while promoting a strong team culture.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of caregivers to provide high-quality clinical care.
- Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
- Provide person-centred clinical care for residents across various levels of care.
Your Requirements:
- A current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
- Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
