Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Maintain Quality Systems: Ensure conformity to the custom Food Control Plan.
  • Conduct Internal Audits: In accordance with the audit programme.
  • Customer Complaint Handling: Respond to customer service requests for investigations into complaints.
  • Support to Internal Departments: Provide service and support as required.
  • Product and System Non-Conformance Management: Ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Fundamental Knowledge of Food Safety: Legislation, standards, and codes.
  • Quality Management Experience: Implementing food control plans, quality management systems, and incident investigations.
  • Auditing Skills: Food safety auditing experience and Quality Management Systems coordination.
  • Continuous Improvement: Tools, investigations, and data analysis.
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification: Food Science or Food Technology and 5 years of Quality Assurance experience.
