Hind Management invites applications for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office Team at Sudima Lake Rotorua. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Experience: Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends for continuous improvement.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop the Front Office team.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient Front Office operations, including rostering and staffing levels.
  4. Performance Metrics: Set departmental targets and objectives, complete month-end reporting on the department's performance.
Essential Requirements
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • LCQ and GM License.
  • Able to work flexibility across a 24-hour roster, including weekends and public holidays.
