Job DescriptionThe Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for identifying patients at risk and working closely with primary teams to implement interventions and prevent deterioration.
- Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday with 12 and 8 hour shifts available.
- Strive for excellence in clinical services and focus on patient-centred care.
The ideal candidate will have current nursing council registration, APC, and proven clinical nursing experience in acute or critical care.
They will also possess advanced learning and contemporary knowledge in either Acute Care, HDU, ED, or ICU nursing, as well as current Core Advanced certification.
This role belongs to the NZNO Collective Agreement and falls between step 1 ($116,040 p.a) and step 3 ($127,674 p.a prorata) of the Designated Senior Nurse scale Grade 2.
