Job Overview

Sole responsibility for the hotel's operations in the absence of management. Leading a team and ensuring guest and staff safety and security. Auditing financial reports and managing check-in/check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the team and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Auditing income and revenue reports.
  • Managing guest check-in and departure processes.
  • Resolving guest complaints professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Availability over 7 days, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be available to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
  • LCQ Certificate and current GM Certificate required.
  • 1-2 years experience in a management or supervisory role.
