Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team, who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. As a key member of our care team, the Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing expert clinical care to our residents, including conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet residents' unique needs
  • Provide expert clinical care, including administering medications, wound management, and pain control
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to industry standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
  • Experience working in aged care or a related field
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
