The Opportunity:

As a QA Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the site through maintaining, coordinating, and monitoring the site's Quality Management System.

Key responsibilities will include providing assistance to the Quality and Compliance Team, conducting ongoing assurance activities, and performing GMP Inspections, Internal Audits, Validation & Verification activities.

This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who is seeking advancement in their career and wants to contribute to delivering quality products that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Quality and Compliance Team to enhance raw material approval processes
  • Conduct ongoing assurance activities including food safety documentation, traceability, and staff training
  • Perform GMP Inspections, Internal Audits, Validation & Verification activities within and outside the factory environment
  • Develop, improve, and optimize business systems to support continuous improvement activities
  • Develop, improve, and optimize the site Food Safety Programme

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry, including quality control
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience in the Essential Oils, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Health & Personal Care, or Food & Beverage Industry is highly desirable
  • An understanding of GMP and HACCP principles
  • A commitment to the principles of food safety and a drive to uphold those principles
  • Attention to detail, with clear and accurate documentation skills
  • A disciplined, proactive approach to timelines and compliance with procedures
  • A team player with a 'can-do' attitude and a desire to make a difference in the organization
