**About This Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Clinical Nurse Lead - Theatre** to join our team at Southern Cross Wellington Hospital. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a theatre setting. They will also need to have good interpersonal skills, be able to maintain and create strong clinical relationships with visiting surgeons and fellow healthcare professionals, and have a postgraduate qualification in clinical nursing practice or be working towards one.
**Key Responsibilities**
The Clinical Nurse Lead will be responsible for leading a team of theatre nurses, working closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth delivery of surgical services. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all theatre staff receive the training and support they need to provide high-quality patient care.
