• Reception duties: Greet clients, manage workflow, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
• Managing payments: Process payments for clients, ensuring accurate capture in the RIS system.
• Scheduling appointments: Coordinate schedules for complex examinations via phone.
• Telephone queries: Respond to client and referrer inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
• New patient referrals: Enter information into the RIS system, ensuring smooth transition to clinical team.
• Referral management: Oversee referrals for the clinical team, maintaining efficient communication channels.
• Cancellations and feedback: Handle cancellations, obtain feedback where possible, and document accordingly.
