Physiotherapist - Community Based Role

Abi Rehab is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team as a community-based practitioner. This role involves working with clients and their families in a variety of settings to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in neurology, community rehabilitation, and/or musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as a commitment to delivering patient-centred care and promoting health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Conduct home visits and community-based assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted rehabilitation plans.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.
  • Promote health and wellbeing through education and training sessions for clients and their families.
