Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our Finance function, overseeing all aspects of financial governance, reporting, and forecasting.

The Role

  • Lead the Finance team, driving system and process improvements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to provide critical financial insights and recommendations, supporting Fingermark's ambitious goals.

About You

  • Prioritize finance leadership experience in the Tech sector, preferably in a global business environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence cross-functionally and globally to gather, summarize, and disseminate financial data and recommendations.
  • Showcase strong analytical capabilities and report writing skills, backed by a solid understanding of management accounting, financial reporting, and interpretation of financial reports.
  • Educated to tertiary level in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CA qualification preferred.
